Ordered the Arroz Chaufa, the price seemed a little high for a plate of rice; I paid 16 dollars with tax, but the taste was spectacular. Very fresh and full of flavor. Definitely want to come back and try other items on the menu, had good experience overall.
My favorite restaurant!! Peruvian food is so good and they have the best pollo saltado! My husband and I are so happy one is closer to us! We definitely recommend going here and the worker was so friendly
I always order arroz chaufa, and it never disappoints. The cook has amazing skills and was really friendly. Having a Peruvian restaurant here in Sugar House was a great decision. A different Latin option with great taste. I was wondering if you guys will ever do a Latin free dance because the place is huge and would love to party and eat some tasty food?
The chicken and steak were amazing. The 1/2 chicken was out of this world. The service was so nice and welcoming. We sat upstairs in this beautiful restaurant and didn't want to leave.
Love this location up in Salt Lake. Very clean and well kept space. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, plus the food always comes out delicious. Would recommend to anyone for well cooked and authentic Peruvian meals!

This is a quick service restaurant with great, classic Peruvian dishes! The restaurant was clean and staff was welcoming. We ordered the Tallarin Saltado, pollo a la brasa, lomo saltado, huacaina fettuccine and sweet potato fries. Everything was great! The chicken ok the fettuccine was a tad bit dry, but the flavors were great overall. I would definitely recommend to give this a try for some great Peruvian food!
Delicious food. I usually go for the saltado, but I’ve never had anything I didn’t like at red fuego. The sauce is awesome. One of my go-to restaurants in the area for sure. Also, I appreciate that this place is always clean!
